gorgonzola 어원

블루 치즈의 일종으로, 1878년에 처음 등장했으며, Gorgonzola cheese의 약칭입니다. 이 치즈는 1866년에 만들어지기 시작했으며, 밀라노 근처의 Gorgonzola라는 마을에서 유래되었습니다.
