Étymologie et Histoire de motherfucker

Le terme mother-fucker, dès 1956, est généralement utilisé comme un intensificateur de fucker. Il est sous une forme abrégée mother (avec le contexte précisé) dès 1928, tandis que motherfucking apparaît en 1906. L’abréviation m.f. (pour motherfucking) se trouve dans une représentation du langage militaire dans les « Pisan Cantos » de Pound (1948).
