alopecia 的詞源

14世紀晚期， allopicia，“脫髮”，也是一種涉及面部脫髮的麻風病形式，源自中世紀拉丁語 alopecia，來自希臘語 alōpekia，一種皮膚病，也是 alōpekiasis，來自 alōpēx， alōpekos “狐狸”。也稱爲 fox-sickness。通常被解釋爲從動物患疥瘡的易感性轉移到人類狀況。
