bisexual 的詞源

1824年，“擁有一個生物中兩性器官，兩性同體的”； 見 bi- “兩個”+ sexual。 “吸引兩性”這個意思是從1914年開始的； 這個意義上的名詞可以追溯到1922年，參見 bisexuality。直到1950年代纔開始普及使用。早在20世紀初， Ambisexual 就被提議用於這個意義上。
