koine 的詞源

公元羅馬和早期中世紀時期的希臘通用文學方言，1903年，來自希臘語 koinos 的女性單數形式，意爲“普通的，平凡的”（見 coeno-）。早期在英語中作爲希臘語單詞使用。從1926年開始用於類似普遍使用的其他方言。
