Alfredo 的詞源

Alfredo的菜餚最初的名稱似乎僅僅是fettuccine al burro（“奶油寬麵”），早期的描述指出這是用帕爾馬奶酪和黃油混合而成的意大利麵，並由Alfredo本人在桌邊攪拌“至少五分鐘”。
