baker 的詞源

古英语 bæcere “面包师，烘焙者（特别是面包）”，从 bacan “烘焙”（参见 bake (v.)）的行为名词。与荷兰语 bakker，德语 Bäcker， Becker 同源。在中世纪，这个行业分为两个部门， braun-bakeres 和 whit-bakeres。
