blouse 的詞源

"輕便的亞麻或棉質上衣"，1828年（從1822年開始作爲法語詞彙進入英語），源自法語 blouse，"工人或農民的罩衫"（1788年），其起源不明。也許它與普羅旺斯語 (lano) blouso "短（羊毛）" [Gamillscheg] 有關。另一個建議[Klein]是它來自中世紀拉丁語 pelusia，來自上埃及的 Pelusium，據說是中世紀的服裝製造中心。

起初是法國工人穿的一種衣服，用於防塵等，後來被女性和兒童時尚地採用，但也有反對聲音：
