hoodlum 的詞源

“Hoodlum”一詞源於美國英語，於1871年開始流行（在1870年代被認爲是“加利福尼亞詞彙”），指“年輕的街頭流氓、懶漢”，尤其是那些針對中國移民進行暴力行爲的“年輕罪犯、黑幫分子”； 它似乎在當地稍早的時候就已經開始使用，並可能起源於一個特定的幫派名稱：
