commando 的詞源

1791年，南非背景下，“博爾人爲個人目的而對土著人進行的私人軍事襲擊”，也是襲擊的領導者和許可的名稱，來自南非荷蘭語 commando，“指揮官領導下的部隊”，來自葡萄牙語 commando，字面意思是“被指揮的團體”（見 command（v.））。
